I would see an internal medicine specialist vet. They deal with the strange cases. Unfortunately regular vets deal with mundane stuff but this is not mundane.

May i ask where do you get this type of food ( Nulo )? My kitty is also has a sensitive digestion, so i thought to try it sad well. Thank you in advance.

I buy 5.5oz Nulo Chicken & Herring cans at my local pet store, but it looks like you could get it at the larger stores (Pet*) & online via Amazon & Chewy or directly from the company. I'm in the US, so not sure about international availability. They also have dry food, if you insist....

As soon as she completed the medication for tri tri parasite her vomiting and bloody diarrhea came back so we put her on tylison (hopefully spelled right) and she's responding well. No more blood or vomit and her appetite is back. If she continues to have this great of a response the vet said this is a medicine she can stay on long term without side effects now that we have treated for the large majority of parasites.

Hi @Emma.

So sorry you're going through this. Thank you for sharing that first photo with the blood to make it clear the scope of what you are dealing with.

I just wanted to say that my two boys have taken Tylosin also. We had very good results. Our vet also told us that it is safe to stay on it indefinitely, as maintenance, but the infection my boys had cleared up after a couple rounds of it (at least the symptoms are gone), I think 4 weeks worth. So for now, all is well. It is true that your other cat could be a carrier of whatever might be causing this without showing symptoms and should be treated as well, or it likely will be passed back and forth. Hopefully your vet can clarify that is a possibility.

Thank you so much for your continued support guys!! The two tylosin pills a day have taken away all of her symptoms, once this bottle is done we are going to try reducing it to one pill a day to see how that goes. For now here's some pics of her snooty little self!
