I wondered if he had that when I saw your pic of him on his year anniversary photos. Ki is being tested for this. We have already started steroids and are waiting bloodwork results. If nothing comes of that we are going to biopsy of skin. There is not much info on it.I believe that may be what we have with Toothy. Starting treatment for it today.

Oh and we started a no poultry diet.
Are you sure it's hives?? Has she been tested for things like ringworms or scabies?? My kitt gets small hives on her neck and body when she eats to grains. I switched to grain free food and now they are all gone. Nothing like what your kitt has tho, it's really extreme. I would definately cut grains to start with. Royal Canin is not grain free, my kitt can't have that even though the breeder gave it to her.Thank you. Hoping others can also help out with similar issues. Hers start like that then get worse. We have no carpet perfumes curtains everything cotton air filters and purifiers etc we are a low allergy household and are extremely careful. Please help with your stories!
Yikes! That doesn't look like Toothy's problem. His don't open up and get scabby. Poor baby! Does she scratch at them? Maybe a food allergy? I hope you're able to get some answers!
What are you feeding her? It could be food allergy related but you have probably already tried an elimination diet.
We have had some skin issues with our eldest Lucifer, but it looks very different and we found out the spots are probably related to our central heating. His went away for the summer and came back when it got cold (he likes to hover near one of the heaters).
Toothy's looks more like this and, though his doesn't go away in the Summer, it has gotten worse since it's gotten colder and he's spending more time sitting on the pet heating pad. Hmmmmm.
Does anyone own or know of a sphynx has had skin problems that looks like this? Please if I am going to be able to find anyone else in the world it would have to be here.
